Evidence Model
A structured catalogue linking project components to primary technical evidence.
R&D PROJECT · STRATEGY · INNOVATION · R&D
A structured evidence and validation dossier designed to connect software implementation, tests, technical documentation and funded-project reporting.

THE CHALLENGE
A funded digital project required a technically credible body of evidence showing what had actually been implemented, tested and documented.
The evidence needed to distinguish verified implementation from partial functionality, planned capabilities and unsupported assumptions.
OUR SOLUTION
A technical evidence dossier was organised around inspectable components, code history, tests, functional documentation and clearly qualified implementation status.
The approach prioritised traceability and conservative claims, avoiding attribution of functionality where primary evidence was not available.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
A structured catalogue linking project components to primary technical evidence.
Review of implemented areas, local test results and limits of the available evidence.
Functional, architectural and technical material organised for external review.
A conservative narrative connecting technical execution with final funded-project reporting.
PROJECT VALUE
Increase traceability between development work and funded-project evidence
Reduce unsupported technical claims in external reporting
Provide a clearer basis for technical review and future audit
PROJECT PERSPECTIVE“The evidence package made it much easier to separate what was implemented, what was tested and what still belonged to future development.”
EVIDENCE SOURCES
LET'S TALK
We can organise implementation evidence, testing and technical documentation into a review-ready project dossier.
